La privacy di MEMORLY
MEMORLY è progettata per funzionare senza raccogliere alcun dato personale. Non esiste un account, non esiste un server: tutto ciò che memorizzi resta esclusivamente sul tuo telefono.
1.Dati che raccogliamo
Nessuno. MEMORLY non raccoglie, non trasmette e non ha accesso a nessun dato che inserisci — testo, voce, foto o posizione. L'app non richiede il permesso di accesso a Internet: non può inviare informazioni a nessun server, nemmeno se volesse.
2.I tuoi ricordi
Tutto ciò che registri con MEMORLY — testo, note vocali trascritte, foto e il testo estratto da esse — viene salvato in un database cifrato (AES-256) presente solo sul tuo dispositivo. Nessuna copia lascia il telefono, a meno che tu stesso non scelga di esportare un backup (vedi sezione 5).
3.Permessi del dispositivo
MEMORLY richiede alcuni permessi solo per funzionare come previsto — mai per raccogliere dati a nostro beneficio:
- Microfono — usato per trascrivere la voce in testo tramite il motore di riconoscimento vocale già presente sul telefono. L'audio viene elaborato sul dispositivo e non è mai registrato né inviato altrove.
- Fotocamera e galleria — usate solo per allegare una foto a un ricordo. L'eventuale estrazione del testo dalla foto (OCR) avviene interamente sul telefono, tramite un motore incorporato nell'app.
- Posizione — opzionale, richiesta solo quando salvi un ricordo che ne ha bisogno (es. dove hai parcheggiato). Le coordinate restano nel database locale, mai condivise.
- Notifiche — usate per i promemoria che crei tu stesso; pianificate interamente sul telefono, senza alcun servizio esterno.
- Impronta / volto / PIN — se attivi il blocco biometrico opzionale, MEMORLY chiede al sistema operativo del telefono di verificare la tua identità. Non vediamo né conserviamo alcun dato biometrico: è gestito interamente dal sistema del dispositivo.
4.Servizi di terze parti
Nessuno. MEMORLY non integra pubblicità, strumenti di analisi, tracciamento o SDK di terze parti di alcun tipo.
5.Backup
Puoi esportare un backup cifrato con password dei tuoi ricordi, in qualsiasi momento, dalle Impostazioni. Il file viene condiviso tramite il menu di condivisione del tuo telefono, verso la destinazione che scegli tu (es. il tuo cloud personale, un'email a te stesso). MEMORLY non ha un proprio server e non riceve mai questo file.
6.Privacy dei minori
Poiché MEMORLY non raccoglie alcun dato personale da nessun utente, non raccoglie consapevolmente dati da minori. L'app è adatta a un pubblico generico.
7.Modifiche a questa informativa
Potremmo aggiornare questa informativa in futuro, ad esempio per riflettere nuove funzionalità dell'app. La data di ultimo aggiornamento in cima alla pagina indica la versione più recente.

Privacy Policy
MEMORLY's privacy
MEMORLY is designed to work without collecting any personal data. There is no account, no server: everything you save stays exclusively on your phone.
1.Information we collect
None. MEMORLY does not collect, transmit, or have access to any data you enter — text, voice, photos, or location. The app does not request internet access: it cannot send information to any server, even if it wanted to.
2.Your memories
Everything you capture with MEMORLY — text, transcribed voice notes, photos, and text extracted from them — is saved in an encrypted database (AES-256) that lives only on your device. No copy ever leaves your phone unless you yourself choose to export a backup (see section 5).
3.Device permissions
MEMORLY requests a few permissions only to work as intended — never to collect data for our benefit:
- Microphone — used to transcribe your voice into text via the speech recognition engine already on your phone. Audio is processed on-device and never recorded or sent anywhere.
- Camera and gallery — used only to attach a photo to a memory. Any text extraction (OCR) from that photo runs entirely on your phone, via an engine bundled with the app.
- Location — optional, requested only when you save a memory that needs it (e.g. where you parked). Coordinates stay in the local database, never shared.
- Notifications — used for the reminders you create yourself, scheduled entirely on your phone, with no external service involved.
- Fingerprint / face / PIN — if you turn on the optional biometric lock, MEMORLY asks your phone's own operating system to verify your identity. We never see or store any biometric data — it's handled entirely by your device's system.
4.Third-party services
None. MEMORLY integrates no advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs of any kind.
5.Backup
You can export a password-protected, encrypted backup of your memories at any time from Settings. The file is shared through your phone's own share menu, to whatever destination you choose (e.g. your personal cloud, an email to yourself). MEMORLY has no server of its own and never receives this file.
6.Children's privacy
Because MEMORLY does not collect any personal data from any user, it does not knowingly collect data from children. The app is suitable for a general audience.
7.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy in the future, for example to reflect new app features. The "last updated" date at the top of the page always shows the most current version.
